Despite the pull-back of the share price of HGD today from
yesterday's close, I like the stock for its positive outlook
should the purchase of E-cademy materialize. The decision of HGD
to keep its mining interest while exploring the opportunity in
internet technology should be seen as a smart move. By doing so
the company is able to share the rapid growth of E-commerce
while still doing something it's been good at. The question is
how the shareholders of HGD could benefit from the listing of
E-cademy on NZSE, by ways of receiving rights or options?
