[sharechat] Capital Properties Miscalculation

anyone got the text of the Cap Poperties announcement (on the radio bus
news this morning) that some accountant made a mistake of about one cent
too high on the generous side in estimating Cap Properties current earnings
per share? 
would you mind sending a copy to hugh_webber@stats.govt.nz.....thanks.
how can a chartered accountant be so amateurish....
