My understanding is that a SSH notice is a
notification to the market that a significant shareholder has changed their
holding. If a big shareholder is a seller, as this particular notice
probably stated, this can spark further selling, since you would generally
expect a major shareholder to do their homework on the company, and had a good
reason for reducing their stake.
I wonder who is still selling the stock down at
this price? Everything I read from analysts value FFS at $1.00 or
more.
I bought into FFS this week, on the hope
(fingers crossed) that it has hit its bottom.
