Infratil N.Z. is offering two bonds:

Coupon                      8.5%pa. Paid quarterly          9.0%pa. paid
quarterly
Price                         $1.00 for each bond               $1.00 for
each bond

Minimum investment is $5,000.  Offer is open until 15 August 2000.
