If any of you have the latest annual reports for Newmarket Property or
Property for Industry, then could you please post the total term liabilities
for both of these companies (stating the year).

Boy do I wish there was a site offering access to comprehensive financial
information on NZSE companies - ie, just the financial statements for even.
The only site that is trying to do this is Globalregister, however, the last
information it has for these two companies, for example, is for the 1994 and
1995 years - I want those years through to now.
