[sharechat] Kiwi Income Property Trust
This company has purchased a 10.5% stake in Shortland, and is stating it
will not accept the Capital Properties offer. In what possible ways can Kiwi
(who also wants to purchase the company) gain from this situation? If
Capital Properties is successful in securing Shortland, what are the
negative implications for Kiwi? I think that they paid less for their
shareholding than the Cap. Prop. offer price, so surely they are looking at
gain either way?
