Communications software business CommSoft (NZSE: CSG) is hoping a positive review of its NetMaster software in an industry magazine will spur further interest and sales.

The company reports its NetMaster web usage management software has scored five out of five in a review by the international computer security magazine, Secure Computing.

CommSoft says the magazine has wide circulation in the US, Asia-Pacific and Europe and its reviewer comments that NetMaster "provides a full and comprehensive range of services giving all the information needed with regard to internet usage"

The magazine gives NetMaster full marks for features, ease of use and performance and 4 out of 5 for documentation. The software also receives full marks for support, giving it an overall rating of 5 out of 5.

"This is a superb review from a leading information security magazine," says NetMaster marketing manager, Martin Searancke.

"To score so highly in all the categories confirms that NetMaster is a top-quality product, and it shows that CommSoft is developing world-beating software in New Zealand."

CommSoft group managing director, Mark Lunt, said recently that he is expecting the NetMaster software to lead the company's sales growth in the coming year.
