Listed industrial property investor Property For Industry (PFI) Ltd has sold an Auckland industrial property for $2.45 million.

The North Harbour Industrial Estate site no longer met the company's investment criteria due to changes in its locality, PFI general manager Peter Alexander.

PFI purchased the property in 1999 for $2.44 million. Its recent carrying value was $2.346 million.

Last week the company bought a strategic site in Wellington's Seaview industrial district for just over $2 million.
