The company says it has integrated the business of the Takapuna-based Save and Invest Group, which it bought in June, with its existing Invincible Life company.
MD Brent King says following the restructuring the new business is known as S.A.I. Life Ltd.
"All of the group's life insurance products will be marketed through this company, both the previous Invincible business and also the Save and Invest life business.
"There are no redundancies. In fact we believe that the integration will offer career opportunities and increased staff numbers over time."
The chief executive of the Save and Invest Group, Rob Walker, will head the newly integrated business.
