Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited (SkyCity) advises that Silvana Schenone has notified SkyCity that she will retire from the SkyCity Board with effect from 31 March 2023 due to her other work commitments.

Ms Schenone is Managing Director and Co-Head of Investment Banking at leading investment bank Jarden and a Board member of the New Zealand Takeovers Panel.

The SkyCity Board and management team thank Ms Schenone for her contribution to SkyCity. SkyCity Board Chair, Julian Cook, said “Silvana has made an important contribution to SkyCity over her term as a Director. The Board thanks Silvana for her service and wishes her well with her other endeavours”.

The SkyCity Board is in the process of considering further New Zealand-based director appointments. Sue Suckling (who in August 2022 announced her intention to retire from the SkyCity Board in early 2023) will remain as a Director on the SkyCity Board until this process is completed. Ms Suckling joined the SkyCity Board in May 2011.
