WasteCo announces that Carl Storm resigns from his executive role.

WasteCo Group Ltd announces that Carl Storm has resigned from his executive role with WasteCo effective 5th July 2024. Accordingly, Carl will no longer be an executive director and will transition to being a non-independent director effective 6th July 2024.

Carl has been with the business since its inception in 2013 and was integral in the company's transition from a private to a listed entity in 2022. Recently Carl conveyed his desire to step away from his operating role and considers that now is the right time, following the successful integration of new CEO David Peterson over the last few months.

Carl remains a key shareholder and director on the WasteCo board and will be available to the company in a consulting capacity in the months following his departure.
