The two companies have agreed on a revised licence that will provide Elders with appropriate access. The agreement represents full resolution of the dispute.
Wrightson chief executive Barry Brook said the agreement would take both companies beyond their past differences and enable them to adopt an even stronger focus on providing livestock services to clients.
Elders managing director, Stuart Chapman, says it has been a lengthy process but worth pursuing to ensure a competitive market is maintained.
