The company, owned by buyout firm Pacific Equity Partners, plans to move its head office functions to Australia following the purchase of Borders bookstores. Draper chose not to relocate from New Zeaalnd, it said in a statement.
ARW named Rod Walker, a former chief executive of The Freedom Group, in a replacement role as executive chairman of the company, it said.
