Meat company Affco Holdings has named Hamish Simson as its new chief executive.
Simson starts on February 12 and replaces Stuart Weston who resigned this week after nearly three years in the role.
Rowan Ogg will become general manager.
At the company's annual meeting shareholders elected Bob Carter, Mike McCredie and Chris Spencer as directors.
