Eastern Hi Fi considers IPO

Eastern Hi Fi Group Limited is considering making an initial public offering of shares (IPO).

Eastern Hi Fi is an importer, distributor and retailer of specialist audio visual equipment. Its leading brands include Denon, Arcam, Music Fidelity, Polkaudio, Kef, Straight Wire and Tannoy.

Although the final terms of the offer have yet to be confirmed, the offer is expected to launch in the next few weeks.

No money is currently being sought and no applications for securities will be accepted or money received.
