Cabletalk Group appoints independent director

Chairman Ross Keenan said that Carter's extensive technical knowledge and internationally recognised engineering background would be a timely addition to Cabletalk as the company enters the next stage of its development.

Carter is currently a director on the boards of Air New Zealand, TrustPower, Rural Equities, the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and is chairman of the Committee for Auckland.

Keenan noted that Carter was a current shareholder of Cabletalk Group Ltd.
