General Capital Limited (NZX: GEN) Subsidiary IRG Makes Strong Progress

General Capital, the listed financial services Group, today updated the market as follows:

Mr. Brent King, Managing Director of General Capital advises that wholly owned subsidiary, Investment Research Group Limited (IRG), has made solid progress over the last two months.

- IRG has completed the 46th Edition of the IRG Yearbook and copies are available online or through good bookstores. The IRG Yearbook has a proud history of providing research to investors.

- IRG is in the process of preparing a listing application for Greenfern Industries Limited (Greenfern), a multi-product Medical Cannabis and Hemp business. Greenfern and IRG are in the process of appointing various advisors and directors. The application is expected to be completed within two months.

Mr. King said, “No decision has been made regarding the most appropriate exchange on which to seek a listing. No discussions have been held with the ASX or the NZX. Further announcements will be made as progress is made.”
