Further to its NZX announcements dated 18 June 2021 and 10 September 2021 Good Spirits Hospitality Limited is pleased to announce it has executed the Lease for the premises located at 85-87 Customs Street West in Auckland’s premier hospitality precinct – the Auckland Viaduct.

As mentioned in previous releases GSH will fully redevelop the site into a new, purpose-built high end English Ale House. Development will commence immediately with a targeted opening date of 1 December 2021. The venue will further solidify GSH’s position as the largest hospitality operator within the Viaduct precinct and will complement GSH’s two current Viaduct venues – Danny Doolan’s and O’Hagan’s.

The new venue will cater to sporting and community groups, domestic and international tourists, locals and the local business community. The new venue will be the go to site for sporting events in Auckland with a state of the art audio and visual system installed including multiple large screens. The venue will also have several purpose-built function rooms to cater for both corporate and social groups.

The securing of this prime site further enhances GSH’s portfolio of high performing community and gastro pubs and continues GSH’s strategy of growth through acquisition and other opportunities.
