Abano Healthcare Group Ltd said its subsidiary Aotea Pathology has extended an existing contract with the Hutt Valley and Capital and Coast district health boards for three years.
The existing five-year contract was due to expire in October 2011.
The new three-year contract is worth $75 million. It will expire in October 2014.
