thl advises it has received notice from Nick Judd of his resignation as Chief Financial Officer, to take up the position of Chief Financial Officer with One New Zealand.
Chief Executive Officer, Grant Webster, said “we thank Nick for his significant contributions to thl in the last three years, including through the process of the merger with Apollo. While we are sad that thl will be losing Nick, we are excited for his future in his new role with One New Zealand and wish him all the best.”
A process for the appointment of a replacement will commence immediately and will inform the date of Nick’s departure from thl which will, at the latest, be in line with his six-month notice period.
