Vista Group International Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of James Miller as an Independent Director with effect from 31 August 2021.
James Miller is a professional Director with extensive governance experience, including as Chair of NZX Limited (NZX), a Director of the Accident Compensation Corporation, Mercury NZ Limited (MCY) and New Zealand Refining Company Limited (NZR), and until 2018 as a Director of Auckland International Airport Limited (AIA). James Miller was also an inaugural Director of the Financial Markets Authority, and previously a member of the Boards of each of ABN AMRO Securities, INFINZ and the Financial Reporting Standards.
James Miller is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Certified Securities Analyst Professional.
