It appears some of our subscribers using Xtra accounts may not be receiving their ShareChat AM Update or News Alert emails.
Due to the large volume of customers emailing to say they really miss their regular emails from us, we thought we'd post some assistance.
ShareChat has been in contact with Xtra and they can only suggest that each customer individually update their SpamGuard within their own Xtra account. It is a security feature at a customer level which they cannot update on your behalf
If you are missing your free newsletters, here is what we suggest you try:
Firstly, double check that you are still subscribed to the newsletters by doing the following (you may have been automatically unsubscribed if your emails bounced too many times).
AM Update subscribers:
You can check if you are still subscribed by entering your email address here:
http://www.sharechat.co.nz/services/amupdate.php
News Alert subscribers:
You can check if you are still subscribed by entering your email address here:
http://www.sharechat.co.nz/services/newsalert.php
Next, if you are subscribed you will need to amend your spam settings.
You can change your spam settings by logging into Yahoo!Xtra webmail and following the "Options" link (found on the right hand side, near the top) to change your SpamGuard Plus settings.
If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on mailto:info@sharechat.co.nz

Update: These instructions might also help.
Xtra customers expecting email AM Update and News Alerts should find these emails have been placed in their Yahoo!Xtra BULK mail folder by default.
To have these emails redirected to their Yahoo!Xtra mail INBOX, Xtra customers need to add the appropriate SHARECHAT "from" email address to their personal Yahoo!Xtra mail CONTACTS list.
For example to receive AM Updates, add sharechat@lists.tarawera.co.nz
Redirection to your Yahoo!Xtra INBOX as above is needed for Xtra customers that use Microsoft Outlook etc to collect mail from Yahoo!Xtra mail as they would have done with MSNXtra mail.
