Solution Dynamics appoints new director

Colin Giffney, Chairman of Solution Dynamics Limited (SDL), announced the appointment of Julian Beavis as a director of SDL.

Beavis has led a number of technology businesses in NZ and overseas (including NCR ANZ and Teradata South Asia) and brings a track record of building successful companies in technology industries. His international Sales and Marketing experience, particularly his skills and personal network built up over years of selling and supporting complex technology based solutions, will assist in plans to sell SDL's Dejar and Bremy products to wider markets outside of NZ.

Following this change, the Board of the Company will be:

Colin Giffney (independent director) - Chairman

Mike Smith (independent director) - Director

Julian Beavis (independent director) - Director

Nelson Siva (Chief Executive Officer) - Director
