M y CRS shares are down significantly
on what I paid for them in 2002.
I beleive we are in the early stages of a bull
market in commoditties which will be
led by gold. I have not been trading in and out of
my mining shares as others have
done. Maybe I should have but because I beleive
this is a long term bull market
lasting at least to the end of this decade I see no
need to try and second guess the market
by trading in and out. In the last bull market in
gold the price fell from $200 per oz to $103 per oz
between 1975 -76.That"s what you would call a
pull-back in price.
I done a lot of research before I decided to invest
in commoddities and I also know that nothing
goes staight up and nothing goes straight down but
take alook at long term trend (3yrs) and you
will see that gold is still above the trend
line.
This minor pull back has shaken a few of the weak
hands out of the market which is healthy
for a long-term bull market.
If things go as I think they should the gold price
will stengthen towards the end of the year
which will then bring the institutions into the
markrt for gold shares
When or if this happens this will indicate the
beginning of the second stage of the bull market
