That's exactly what I have been wondering. From memory Waltus was planning
to buy it a few years ago and it all fell through.

Philip if Mobil on the park is such a great buy why has it been on the
market for most of the last 5years Aproximately. As a straight first ranking
bond it would be a more logical buy than a mandatory convertable note.
