Another site to try is

http://www.nzforex.co.nz (sister site of www.ozforex.com.au)

You can plot cross rates, obtain history etc etc

They also transact Forex as well.

I use them monthly to move money from NZ to AU.

In all cases they have given me a much better rate than I could get at 
the bank.
