[sharechat] PGG - What's Up?

Does anyone have an explanation for the sudden resurgent PGG share price?  
>From $1.20 to $1.50 in the last few weeks, up 6c today alone.

Other than fundamentals (falling NZ$, high commodity prices) which if it 
were the cause, should also be seeing WRI heading upwards as well.
