Hi Robin

My thoughts (not worth anything) are:
1. Excellent projected dividends e.g. DPS 15c for each of 04F and 05F and
17.7c for 06F.
2. Some of monies raised by issue will be used to repay debt ... sounds good
to me.
3. Valuation I have seen suggest the issue price of $1.75 is a great deal.
