Re: [sharechat] Message for David M - Sol6
haha yes well its a remarkable piece of value destruction there.
After the media beat up Tyler left the company with around 200m in cash.
Shame the esteemed journo who exposed this got a Walkley award for beating up
on Tyler...he could have been looking more closely at some of the antics of the
AU establishment that have come out lately,I am sure that would have been more
useful.
A host of acquisitions made by the current S6 management around 150m worth
have been sold at fire sale prices!!!!
Exonet bought for around 35m sold about 65% for about 1m
Keystone and Novient bought for around 70m sold along with CMS for 35m to an
American VC (They must have seen value)
A host of IT services companies bought then bundled into the Alphawest (Tyler
paid 30m for) sale also about 30m worth sold for sub 20m
That said S6 and Myob is a no brainer Myob got the bargain and the lockin they
desparately needed with S6 s Accountant base.
Myob undervalued IMHO

Hey David
I am having the very pleasant experience of actually making money out of a
Solution 6 investment first purchased in 1999!
:-)
