[sharechat] QUE $18 million cash RICH !!??

Hello !
Does anyone know anything of QUE ?

Cash rich at present. 
Around $18 million in the bank.

It appears Que own a high % of a couple of companies
one of which appeared to be on a last gasp of being
written off completely, called Central Exchange CXL of
which QUE owned 49%. 

It also appears QUE and CXL were gambling on the price
of nickel climbing to a certain level with a company
called  Anaconda Nickel (Anaconda Confirms Triggering
of $19m Settlement Deed Payment and have now paid out
the $19 million to CXL known as Central Exchange 49%
owned by QUE). 

I was wondering if our Australian investors have heard
or know what QUE is likely to blow this pile of cash
on and what is a fair value for a single share in QUE
?
19 cents for the last few weeks.
