Karyn,

'People' all react differently, because 'people' often have a lot more going on in their lives beside reading your lovely, uplifting, smiley-faced emails.

For example; I have been suffering a lower back pain for over a week now and my patience may have worn a little thin, however; I am still able to distinguish between a genuine smile and one that is worn over clenched teeth to veil one's true sarcastic intent.

If you feel the need to win - I concede, you have won.
