Insider trading is a victimless crime. says capitalist.
Buzzzzz! Wrong answer. It destroys investors trust and confidence in the
sharemarket. If investors don't invest jobs go west.
For an interesting read on the Martha Stewart trial go to;

Seems lack a lack of empathy with others, stubbornness and poor legal
representation were factors in Martha's downfall.
This has been a question that puzzles me. If you are in deep legal trouble and
need luck and good judgement to get out from underneath or to soften the
wrath of your accusers, how do you tell a good lawyer from a bad one?
Boop-boop-de-do Marilyn
