I had a friend who supplied a card for the consumer side of flight center and 
it wasnt a flier.
business traveller use globalroaming and consumers use internet cafes.

to announce that it's marketing team has concluded an agreement with Flight 
Centre Litd for Dial Time to roll out its prepaid and electronic product 
distribution software to Flight Centre's corporate division.

This will enable Flight Centre to provide international communications and 
internet access products to its corporate travellers when ticketing.
