[sharechat] MFT & OWN

Greetings

I am looking at buying MFT (and maybe OWN).  Can anyone please give me a few
comments on either of these as far as to how close the current share price
is to the "value" of the shares. Do you think the current share price is
under a valuation you'd give the company?  I'm new to this so not too sure
how to put in words the question I am asking :)
