What chance do you lot have out there now that they finally decided enough Is enough.  To give a quote In today's herald from the president of the master builders association [a builder from Taupo].  He admits building at this moment houses caught up In the new rule changes.     The master builders organization according to macdunk Is run by people that don't know the first basic principals of good construction.     I expect a person that designs anything to understand the basics at least.    To the masrer builders association I say look at your house of the year awards and hang your heads In shame.  I hope the people take you for the lot.   To all the building Inspectors over the last 25 years that I have argued this with I say a very big I told you so.
It Is a very difficult thing to know something Is a disaster for so long, and try to stop It.         Perhaps my previous posts on this subject saved at least one of you from losing the lot.       Watch them take to the hills now when you go after them.
The sad fact of the matter Is they are still the same bunch of Incompetents making up the new rules when they still fail to understand the reason It all turned to custard In the first place.   Play It safe guys stick to brick and weatherboards.
