I like sharechat, its 'infotaining'

though the topics do tend to get a little hmmm :S.

So... how about that surplus, will cullens fund thingy work?

I had a thought that the surplus is good because if NZ had a major downturn in economic activity then government would have the scope to loosen fiscal policy (i.e. they could pump the surplus into the economy to attempt to kick start it).

as an aside, are there any students here?
