As I said, I couldn't remember if I had the right name, and I was in a motel
with expensive net charges, so wasn't going to go surfing to find the right
one :)

Yes, most governments do have the power to nationalise resources, as does
ours. I just didn't want to go too far into the nitty-gritties and
technicalities! The US however is a very large place to clamp down, so you
would see most focus around the major cities i.e. NY, DC, LA etc.
