Hi Woody,

 

Ah, the tropical north. Have visited Cairns and Port Douglas, but alas, only for short periods.

 

Bought and sold PDR last year - was disappointed in annual report, write-down of property during high growth cycle, no dividend but plenty of cash, they own the new rainforest dome at Cairns casino from memory.

 

Anyway, looks like they're making up for last year with this announcement. Promises a great return on investment.
