Hi Woody,
Cleaning industry is extremely competitive but
I'm sure you're already aware of that. Usually very tight margins. (Low
cost start-up = lots of competitors.) The larger the business you're after, the
more competition, the smaller your margin.
If you're sure you really want this type of
business, be sure to contact and create a network within related industries, eg;
providers of cleaning chemicals, grounds maintenance (gardening, etc), washroom
hygiene/sanitary disposal, electrical/plumbing contractors.
Networks take time. Relationships are all
important.
