Carmen,

I spent quite a lot of time on KIM. They are sending out conflicting reports.

I do believe that I got the hang of it but it is definitely not a gold mine.

I did mention before that the stock could be $4-$5 by 2006; alas, I don't think so.

It is an intricate report and you got to know how to read it.

However, keep this all to yourself, please.

I may send it to KIM asking for comment; see what happens.
