RE: [sharechat] GOLD: Web sites

Hi Gerry,

I want to thank you for this post and have some questions for you re this and a
prior post. I had already found Kitco by just mucking around the internet and
have been using it quite a bit. I did not, however know about the World Gold
Council site. I note when Kitco is somewhat inactive the Gold Council site is
still somewhat active and that is helpful.

I also note that the Gold council site frequently has a .70 spread between the
bid and asked whereas the Kitco site is almost always at a .50 spread. The
prices quoted for spot also appear to be different at times even though the
quote is made at the same time. Do you know why these differences exist???

In a prior post you made, what I think was a forecast of gold reaching $440.00
per oz. I certainly hope you are correct in this, but my question is, why
$440.00?? Would you be willing to give us the benefit of your thinking re the
$440.00 forecast, if that is what it was.

Having a champagne chaser with my scotch tonight.

Cheers,

Allan
