Hi Marilyn, > > Have you been chanting evil incantations against BK Registries > Snoopy? > Find out more, go to; <snip> > So something screwed up in the computer transfer system? Karma? Actually I don't really wish (BK Registries)/(Telstra NZ) any long term harm. I just wish they had been a bit more careful about what they sent out to their NZ shareholders. In fact I'm even prepared to give them a suggestion on how to get out of their own pickle. They should anull any forms sent in my NZ residents and buy back some more shares off some of those Australians who missed out instead. In Australia the buyback was a good deal because of the way it was structured for Australian tax purposes. We would get more happy Australians, and more happy New Zealanders. Everyone is happy, a win-win situation. But even though that is the logical solution, I fear TLS/BK will not do it. You see, if they did that it would be tantamount to admitting that the mail out to NZers was badly bungled. And corporates don't like admitting that kind of thing!
