Yeh
I should have seen it coming but I didn't. Wouldn't
have sold current holdings - still well ahead, hope I don't just sit and watch
it all evaporate but don't believe it will longer term.
Could be a time to buy these shares (though they may go
further down yet). I believe that fundamentally the company is in good
health, the current state of the high dollar and somewhat depressed export
market are what I think is slowing them down a bit.
I would love to hear others views on this company,
particularly the current governance and management and what they are doing to
shareholder wealth. Recently was a bit on the topic of options and the
dilution factor when options are exercised, I am more interested in opinions of
future prospects for shareholder wealth creation and whether others believe (as
I do) that these sort of rural service companies still play a major part in NZ
Business.
