Stephen I agree entirely with your observations regarding recruitment firms. It worries me to see the amount paid to these firms to engage middle and upper management, definite impact on bottom line and often they limit the candidates put forward to their employer-client to a very narrow range of criteria (ostensibly the employer-clients criteria) that reduces chances of getting people that may offer a significantly wider skill set than originally envisioned by the employer-client. This appears to be a wholly unregulated industry with few (if any) barriers to entry. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Stephen Judd" <sljudd@paradise.net.nz> To: <sharechat@sharechat.co.nz> Sent: Thursday, October 16, 2003 6:21 PM Subject: Re: [sharechat] A happy system by macdunk > On Fri, 2003-10-17 at 07:06, seconds wrote: > > why is trading unethical? ungodly? > > > > I can't think of anything more unethical(and legal) than my > > occupation...
