With to Govt buying the track for $1 and bearing the costs TRH is suddenly a 
much better proposition.

Think of it as a trucking company that does not have to pay road tax Just a 
fixed track access charge (I think. It has been difficult to follow the 
twists & turns of this deal).

They are facing some heavy capital expenditure for locomotives and rolling 
stock, but once that issue stabilises it will be interesting to see how 
things go.
