certification of financial statements
   5. Remuneration - of executives and directors
   6. Risk Management - including levels of disclosure
   7. Auditors - including rotation and oversight
   8. Shareholder Relations - including institutional shareholders, public
reporting
   9. Stakeholder Interests - addressing the interests of stakeholders
