Set up an offshore Trust with an off shore bank (
eg Malasia ) Set up your trading account thru a trust
entity and employ yourself to operate the account. The whole operation then
becomes an off shore entity. You own nothing in NZ therefore your tax is to
Malasia ( 10% Flat ) You are issued an expense account by the Trust Fund, Credit
Card, Leased Car, Rented House.
Etc

What do you think would be the best way to structure a trading business for
tax effectiveness, we might as well have some specialist advice, by the way I
enjoy your monthly newsletter, always get something out of it. You would be
tuning up for cricket season would you ?.
