Fair point.   Score one to Gerry.  That is a reason not to buy.

You wouldn't go after RBD if you are a pure growth investor.    I on the 
other hand would be quite happy to have RBD sit at $1.25 forever 
provided that 12% yield kept coming.   

Then again what happens if Starbucks and Pizza Hutt Australia perk 
up?   There is growth potential there.   I think that is many months 
maybe even years away.   But by buying in now I don't have to time the 
market.  I'll be there when (if) it happens.
