Here is another question the RBD management doesn't want me to ask. Goodwilll of $10.05m is recorded on the books as a result of the acquisition of 'Pizza Restaurants (NZ) Limited which at that time had 36 Pizza Hutt restaurants, and one KFC franchise. This represents a figure of $271,621 per store acquired Goodwill of $23.2m was recorded on the acquisition of the business of Eagle Boys New Zealand as a result of purchasing 53 stores and effectively closing down Eagle Boys and converting the premeses to Pizza hutt outlets. This represents a goodwill figure of $437,736 per store acquired. If all of these amortisations are being spread out to over a period ending in FY2017, why are the new Pizza Hutt outlets kept on the books as more valuable, in terms of goodwill, than others? Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- To remove yourself from this list, please use the form at http://www.sharechat.co.nz/chat/forum/
