Good topic, I agree with you guy's, nothing beats actually going in and 
getting a feel for the company and talking to the workers.  Case in point is 
the warehouse, talked to a few of the workers and they all had good things 
to say. They say how Tindall comes down frequently to chat to everyone, see 
how there doing, basically just give everyone a boost.
On wrightsons, it’s good to see they're finally starting to live up to there 
potential. I'm starting to regain some faith in them after some bad decision 
making over the last few years i.e.: sale of their finance company, and I 
always thought selling the New Zealand Bloodstock Karaka Sales Complex was a 
bad move.  Maybe get rid of a few more directors and they will really be 
humming.
